Court Judge Deborah Thomas-Felix has denied that she is one of the
candidates being considered to contest the Mayaro seat for the People’s
National Movement (PNM) in the upcoming general election.
Speaking through an attorney-at-law, Thomas-Felix, a former magistrate,
noting her long and distinguished career as a judicial officer,
insisted that there was no foundation for the attribution of political
affiliation on her part.
The assertion about Thomas-Felix contesting the seat was made in
an article last week.
