Dennis Davidson -
The last romantic passes on

By Editor ANTHONY ‘Lexo’ ALEXIS

COLOURFUL personality Dennis Davidson lived the life he loved -- all along the way, wine, woman and song, but he had a keen business sense that provided the soundtrack for a visa on earth that lasted 62 years.

Family life mattered a whole lot to him, and at his passing at Mount Hope Medical Complex last week, following a stroke, it was revealed that he had 13 children with 12 different women, a legacy I would think that would ensure his status as supreme romantic.

His daughter LaToya Davidson Waldron, 31, glowed that she was very proud to have him as a father.

DENNIS DAVIDSON

A big fan of the Sunday PUNCH, Davidson would from time to time invite us to lavish parties at his Valsayn home, where some of the sexiest women parlayed their charms before “specially-invited guests”, some of whom included politicians, top-notched businessmen and well-heeled socialities.

Davidson loved the camera and he always delighted himself posing for PUNCH lensman.

The exchange was mutual and engaging, so here on this page I present what I would say, was his last “photo shoot” at his posh, Valsayn home.

In the 80s, Davidson won membership in the prestigious Multimillion Dollar Round Table after selling more than $40 million in insurance, it was reported.

Once described as “the most wanted man” in TnT for his involvement in a huge foreign exchange racket in the 1980s, Davidson was successfully defended by lawyer Ramesh Lawrence Maharaj.

May his soul rest in peace ...
