of Trinidad and Tobago (COTT) has selected Hendrix Hideaway of Buccoo
Point, Tobago, as July’s HOTT SPOTT recipient for the fourth
award and the first to be presented in Tobago.
The awarding took place last Sunday during the weekly “Sunday
School” party.
Hendrix, The Original Sunday School Ltd., has been a COTT licensee
since 1987 and is being recognised for its willingness to pay promptly
for the use of music on its premises. Tobago House of Assembly (THA)
area representative for Buccoo/Mt Pleasant, Assemblyman Albert Pilgrim,
and COTT director John Arnold are expected to speak at the function.
Additionally, a number of businesses in Tobago, which have a proven
track record of compliance, are also expected to receive the COTT’s
HOTT SPOTT endorsement in the form of store front signage which
says: “Buy Here and Support Music in TnT.”
