Different Beats. One Vibe.

That’s how it’s gonna be “during summer of 2006” when Heineken Music’s Green Synergy events go down all over the Caribbean.

The Green Synergy is all about deejays from the region going head to head in competition as they try to mix their best set for the crowd under the theme of “Different Beats. One Vibe”.

Crowds will experience a mix of all genres of music; from reggae to soca, calypso, dancehall to hip-hop.

“You will hear and feel it,” said spokesperson Kieron Gomez.

The top deejay from each country would advance to the Caribbean finals carded for October 6 in Bahamas.

Green Synergy

Green Synergy has been described as a celebration of the diversity in music and was initiated by Heineken Music to help deliver fresh music experiences while supporting local deejay talent throughout the Caribbean.
Over 20 different countries are expected to be part of the special night in October.

Judges for the local leg of the Green Synergy are TnT’s lead deejays Alicia D’Duchess, D Empress Tamara Williams, Robert “Robbie Styles” Persaud, Carl “Beaver” Henderson, O’Brien Haynes and Joel “Signal to Noise” Morris.

Deadline for interested persons is Monday July 31 and taping begins August 5.
