CONNECTOR: “I don’t
care where they
place me.”

“For me Carnival is over.”

The three-time Soca Monarch of Canada told Sunday PUNCH he’s been knocking on TnT’s Soca door for several years now without the kind of success he had expected.

He has, however, enjoyed tremendous success in Canada.

Apart from being crowned Soca Monarch three consecutive years, he has been Road March King many times over.

Connector performed in Skinner Park, San Fernando last weekend for the Chutney Monarch competition.

He dropped in on Sunday PUNCH to speak of his plans for C2K6.

He said he has just released four tracks from his CD, Twice As Nice.

“I really want to retire from the arena, but not before I accomplish a Soca Monarch Final placing,” he ended.
