AN impressive-looking community centre project now towers over the beachfront of the tiny seaside village community of Parlatuvier.
However, fishermen on the bay are still dissatisfied with the development efforts of the Tobago House of Assembly (THA) for their village community. They are also questioning the size of the building for the area as well as the decision to abandon a fishing depot project, which was started over two years ago. Workmen, who were on the site of the community center told Mirror that the building was finished, adding “all we are doing is work to upgrade the grounds around the building.”
